(In Character)

In light of K-Salm Constructions busy sch. I have reallocated the HiTechnic
Building plans to an outside contractor from the neighboring town. They have
already starting the project and have the skeletal parts of the building up.
It actually a site to see, they work so fast.. I noticed the work went faster
after bringing in a Huge Big Grey Crane that seemed to reach to the sky. I even
heard the Iron workers singing from the 5th Story. The only problem the
contractor has is he doesn't know what color the walls are suppose to be. He
was thinking Blue but I'm not sure if hes going to call back and have a chat
with the Architect.

I've looked over my desk and forgot to sign the zoning permits for the other
buildings..  The only real worry is a section of the law for LUCNYville states
that any building is fine as long as it does have any PINK colors... heheheh

Since this history and development process seems fun I would like to assign
some others to the board..

HiTechnic will need a Contractor to build the Fancy Building. It just so
happens that K-Salm Construction is Stationed in Lucnyville and could assist
in the design.   First though the Inspector has to approve everything and • give
permits to HiTechnic..  Good this is it will bring more jobs to the area...

Great Job

Wayne

Gee, I don't ever recall bidding on that job.  I am drafting my bid proposals
for an airport, hotel, harbour, and some other warehousing space, however.  I
need to contact Mr. Sardullo at the Zoning board for project approval. <grin>
