Well, I for one really like the videos, and i don't think theyd be
complete without the POV footage (but I haven't attended a train event
yet, so what do I know). If youre looking for something else, Active
Surplus (345 Queen Street West) sells tiny (mine is 3/4'x1/2'x1/2')
little cameras in b+w and colour. They start at $100, for a black and
white tho. If you want to see them, they have them hooked up to a tv
inside the store on the other side of the window (right next to the
front door).
Anyway, they will work with a 9v power supply, so if you had a recorder
small enough, you might be able to put these on a car.
