Not sure where to chime in this thread, so I'm dropping it in the middle :) I personally feel I was lucky enough (or unlucky enough) to come out of the dark ages and rediscover my love of Lego about two years ago. You missed the biggest change of all since the beginning of LUGNET: Todd's Burnout. When Todd & Suz broke up, LUGNET became a near-anarchy.
