My wife uses tapioca as a filling instead of starch. And she makes me roll out the pie dough. She uses the refrigerated flour, water, and chucky butter method for scratch pastry. (...) Ramp pieces are a no go, they are way too steep. My thought was the racer track would drop to track level. This could be done reasonably quickly, but this could pose a logistical problem. Which would be fine if the Racers track was on the ground, but it's at like 8 bricks high or something, which might make it conflict with actual (...) (...) No. There isn't. I had two thoughts on this point. If we are running the large layout we don't use the section of track the gutter train crosses so it doesn't matter.
