Haven't seen it, but I've heard lots of good things about it.
Starman, The Thing, and Big Trouble... are all pretty good (there's that
phrase again!), but Village o' the Darned and In the Mouth of
I-wish-I-were-HP-Lovecraft were terrible!

Some of his recent movies have been realy bad, I agree, but "John Carpenter's Vampires" is thoroughly enjoyable, (...) (24 years ago, 14-Mar-01, to lugnet.off-topic.fun)
