Heh! In my original post, it was Joe Carpenter, I couldn't help changing it to
John. I didn't know if anyone would catch it...
Some of his recent movies have been realy bad, I agree, but "John Carpenter's
Vampires" is thoroughly enjoyable, IMHO.

Starman, The Thing, and Big Trouble... are all pretty good (there's that phrase again!), but Village o' the Darned and In the Mouth of I-wish-I-were-HP-Lovecraft were terrible! (...)
