I know you were posting for fun.
Of course, I also think the guy changed his name and is irritating TLC for fun.
In both cases, a company's trademark is put to ridicule, just a bit.
Neither one is lastingly harmful (especially since until he registered it, TLC
seemed to have no interest in legolandwindsor.com).
Therefore, I don't personally think that either you or Mr. Legoland Windsor
should go to jail.
But, that's just my opinion.
