Of course, I also think the guy changed his name and is irritating TLC for fun.

In both cases, a company's trademark is put to ridicule, just a bit.

Neither one is lastingly harmful (especially since until he registered it, TLC
seemed to have no interest in legolandwindsor.com).

Therefore, I don't personally think that either you or Mr. Legoland Windsor
should go to jail.

But, that's just my opinion.

Legal issues, changing your name, and claiming URL's and saying Jar Jar in a jest are two different things. IMHO (...) No. No, it is a lot different. (...)
