because you're wrong on just about every point. As it says in The Pledge
(with or without the god part) the USA is a republic, not a democracy.

and not a democracy.

It's precisely because the USA is NOT a democracy that Bush got elected.
And I don't think the Arab Israelis get the same vote as the Jewish Israelis
so you can't completely blame democracy on that one either.

Real democracy gives power to the majority, without regard to intelligence.
