Heres a debate question for ya... —Sean Devolites
Sup all debaters... I just have a quick question for all of ya. No offense intended either. What is the point of having debate in a lego forum? I mean, its meant to be a fun place to talk about, um, legos. But, over here ya got your political (...) (21 years ago, 22-Apr-03, to lugnet.off-topic.debate)

Re: Heres a debate question for ya... —Larry Pieniazek
(...) Review some past posts about the efficacy and need for an outlet, without this safety valve, it's argued that the rest of LUGNET would see unpleasant debates break out. I can't speak for others but I daresay I enjoy debating among friends whom (...) (21 years ago, 22-Apr-03, to lugnet.off-topic.debate)

Re: Heres a debate question for ya... —David Eaton

Lego people tend to be an intelligent group of people, and as such, LUGNET doubles in .debate as a political forum. Hence also it's under .off-topic.
