Not really-- essentially you want a good mix of various products, not all of
them physical. In order to graduate from being a 3rd world country, I expect
they'd need other profitable areas... not just a single product like cocoa
or cigars or cocaine.

I'm not actually against cocaine production for any other reason than the
negative connotations it's associated with. IE it's not bad business because
it's immoral, but it's bad business because people THINK it's immoral. Hence
bad press, bannings, boycotts, etc. But if it's all you've got, go for it.
