Re: Coko Bricks sighting in Sweden

(...) I've been looking at these sets in the Swedish shops a few times and the green military vehicle is tempting for a possible purchase. However I don't like non-LEGO bricks so I've resisted the urge to buy. Perhaps I will and blow it into (...) (22 years ago, 6-Sep-02, to lugnet.off-topic.clone-brands, lugnet.loc.se)

  Stackers

I saw these at Target today, I thought I'd mention them here. They are little display boxes for Hot Wheel sized cars, the top and bottom are studded so you can stack 'em. Neat idea. I did a search and came up with this site so you can see a pic: (...) (22 years ago, 5-Sep-02, to lugnet.off-topic.clone-brands)

Re: Cool looking clone on Ebay

(...) I don't have a lot of experience with Lego clones, but what you've shown here is pretty interesting, especially for us military builders. Modern Armor isn't my forte, but that appears to be a Type 88 K1A1 South Korean MBT and it seems that the (...) (22 years ago, 5-Sep-02, to lugnet.off-topic.clone-brands)

Re: Elgo set (not Lego) for sale

Well now I have an Elgo Skyline. Thanks, Ray. I'm intrigued by 3 alien bricks found in the Elgo--can anyone identify these? They are white, 1" by 0.5", height 0.5", with two square studs. Walls are nominally 1/16" thick and the square studs are (...) (22 years ago, 2-Sep-02, to lugnet.off-topic.clone-brands)

Re: Dragons rocks!!! (new MB Castle)

(...) And we do, in Big W and Target. Picked up the big Warriors Castle ($AUD90) and my boys each got a Dragonslayer set ($AUD20). VERY impressive. And some slick thinking on the designers part too - batteries in the orbs that light lights in (...) (22 years ago, 31-Aug-02, to lugnet.off-topic.clone-brands)

Re: Cool looking clone on Ebay

One of the guys on the Brickfilms forums actually has some of these. his grandparents are Korean and bring them for presents when they visit.   Re: Cool looking clone on Ebay

Oxford Quick Observations ((URL) don't own any of this stuff I am just making observations from the images on the website. Who knows what the element quality or level of Lego, MB, Tyco compatibility may be? But because the site is not necessarily (...) (22 years ago, 28-Aug-02, to lugnet.off-topic.clone-brands)

  Cool looking clone on Ebay

(URL) auctions have ended (unsuccessfully for me!), but I've emailed the seller to see if more might pop up in the future. Has anyone ever heard of this brand? Dave! (22 years ago, 28-Aug-02, to lugnet.off-topic.clone-brands)

  Re: A NEW CASTLE Wishlist

(...) Aaron: Could you check out my wants page and let me know if there is an MB sword type that you know about that is not listed there? I am pretty sure I have it covered in terms of the element shapes, excluding color considerations. I wasn't (...) (22 years ago, 26-Aug-02, to lugnet.off-topic.clone-brands)

  Re: A NEW CASTLE Wishlist

(...) Actually, there is a wider variety from MB. Block Bot Ninja and Dragon has two Katana swords slightly shorter than TLCs sword. The big ugly old Castle set from the early 1990s had what I will call "Crusader" medium length grey swords, the (...) (22 years ago, 26-Aug-02, to lugnet.off-topic.clone-brands)

  Re: A NEW CASTLE Wishlist

(...) There are two types of MB castle swords.   Some MB Dragons pics

I've got all the current sets, set up on my table. I took some quick pictures this morning. You can see them here: (URL) happy to answer questions about them.   Re: Place your orders! (Was: Coko Bricks sighting in Sweden)

(...) Joseph Gonzalas has ordered directly from Coko, but I seem to remember him saying that it was very complicate paying and several phone calls to China. I think this might be a better way to go. Paul (22 years ago, 23-Aug-02, to lugnet.off-topic.clone-brands)
