They really don't need a search warrant. I worked for a major worldwide
express company and we (and the other services) could inspect any package
without any kind of search warrant if we deemed it necessary (and 'necessary'
means different things to different people). We were actually required to
visually inspect the contents of every document or package that was sent from
an "unknown shipper", that means just about every John Doe who wants to
send 'contract papers' overseas. Companies like UPS are held responsible for
what they ship overseas. If they break any laws (even if they don't know
they're doing so) they are heavily fined and in serious trouble of loosing the
ability to ship to that country. International trade is a serious matter and
it's best to go about it the legal way, trust me.

| (...) (SF, (...) less (...) enormous (...) They ain't cheap no matter where you get them. I think the last time I *HAD* to use an Intl money order, I just went through the regular postal service. I want to say I ended up spending close to an extra (...) (24 years ago, 31-May-00, to lugnet.market.theory)
