You could try hitting the local store for thier Lego Shipping Boxes, Once thier unpacked they usualy just get thrown out. Any location large enough to have a Shipping/Receiving warehouse will be overflowing with boxes and packing material, and won't generally care if it gets thrown out or given to someone. I need to find a client like that, to get the newsprint ends. They are better for packing than already printed newsprint, no ink to stain. You CAN get Delivery Conf on first class, but not for just 35 cents extra. You'll pay a fair bit. I have switched completely to using Delivery Conf, it's worth the peace of mind on my end. There is no difference in shipping price by Priority Mail. Anywhere in the US is the same. As for the supplies i use the web site all the time (plus stamps.com so for shipping i never have to go anywhere). But the site is geared twoards bulk, boxes (...) The banks *are* able to apply lower charges if they want. When you are in a strong position against them you can get very good conditions.
