I was on eBay and noticed a rather prominent notice that an established seller I had dealt with before would no longer accept PayPal as they wouldn't honor their agreement. If I have a $0.00 balance in my account, and I make a payment, it will be charged to my credit card. Is that considered a CC transaction or a cash balance transaction for the person receiving the funds? Jude (21 years ago, 26-Mar-03, to lugnet.market.services)

Anyone else having trouble getting to www.paypal.com at this time? No need to clutter the forum, I'll summarize replies. A friend of mine just received an email notifying him that his paypal account had been restricted and he needed to log in to provide more information. Or for Canadians you can open a TD Waterhouse true USD USA acount, based on New York, and mail those funny green money orders to be cashed with NO PROBLEMS. Basically you can open a TD/Canada Trust account here, and then phone to tranfer money from (...) (22 years ago, 13-Nov-02, to lugnet.market.services)
