All contacts offline indicated no problem reaching paypal.com. Must be me. I
actually tried using dialup and was able to reach it that way (Broadband
does spoil one so...)

It might just be a transient DNS error or something but I am getting to lots of other sites just fine, but not pinging (...) (22 years ago, 22-Nov-02, to lugnet.market.services)
