Or for Canadians you can open a TD Waterhouse true USD USA acount, based on
New York, and mail those funny green money orders to be cashed with NO
PROBLEMS. Basically you can open a TD/Canada Trust account here, and then
phone to tranfer money from the Waterhouse to Canada Trust account, very
easy, and I use it all the time now!
