A friend of mine just received an email notifying him that his paypal
account had been restricted and he needed to log in to provide more
information. Logging into paypal through the normal site address reveals no
such activity.
The subject of the mail says: Notification of PayPal Limited Account Access
The link provided is: http:// www .paypal-ebay.com (suspicious without https)
Return Path in the header is: root@www .casio-fun.com (duh)
Be sure to watch for and report these if you get them. Unsure where his
email address was harvested from but better to be safe than sorry.
