I meant Business Express - their consignment numbers obviously don't have enough digits if they're re-using them within the space of four weeks. On top of that they must have a separate (...)         Re: eToys closing down —Alison Pike
I placed 3 orders with etoys on the 29th & 30th December and 1st January. So far none have arrived although I have been e-mailed to say that the one ordered on the 30th is on the way. Has any one who ordered as early as 29th not got their order yet? (...) (24 years ago, 10-Jan-01, to lugnet.loc.uk)

(...) I received no replies to my email either, but managed to get through on the phone. The trick is not to "press 1 for order enquiries" as instructed; just wait until the blurb is over and you get redirected to a human operator. Jennifer Clark (24 years ago, 10-Jan-01, to lugnet.loc.uk)

Hang on in there.      Yep, I'd echo that. We placed a large order on the 29th and it only arrived today, whereas some smaller orders we placed after that were delivered a few days ago...
