Very high-detail scans of the SW Collector's series sets —Richard Dee
Taken from the latest UK issue of Lego Adventures! Magazine. 300 dpi, very big. One is 200+kb, the other 100+kb. But the detail is such that you can read the text on the display panels!         Re: Very high-detail scans of the SW Collector's series sets —Ben Gatrelle
(...) 1) Thanks for putting these up 2) It looks like they are using the small barrel piece in gray on the engines (2 per engine) 3) the construction of the laser cannons(?) don't match! the top left matches the bottom right, and vice versa.           Re: Very high-detail scans of the SW Collector's series sets —Eric Joslin
(...) It is worth noting that at least one X-Wing production model had a corkscrew-type paint job on those two opposing cannons, in the position that the worm gears are placed. It appears on the 6+ foot production model. It's possible they were (...) (24 years ago, 3-Jan-00, to lugnet.loc.uk, lugnet.space, lugnet.starwars)

Re: Very high-detail scans of the SW Collector's series sets —Steve Bliss
(...) Doh! I saw that after posting my reply to you. Those will be nice to get. Those pieces cause me to assume the lasers will be attached with technic pegs.           Re: Very high-detail scans of the SW Collector's series sets —Todd Lehman
(...) I think these are minifig-scale[1] anyway, which would be very cool, IMHO.        (...) That depends. Are the technic-scale figs mix-n-matchable like the minifigs? That's how they got away with the minifigs- they're "construction toys". (...) I dunno about that.
