Absolutely. My initial reaction on seeing modern Lego close up was to be
very critical of the number of specialised pieces. However, I'm getting to
be more tolerant of this, especially for Technics. However, I remain
somewhat intolerant when it is specialised brick.

| (...) I actually have grown to like them, even BURPS. The effect you get with the ninja sloping mock stone wall, you could never get with normal bricks. Finally getting my hands on some pirate hulls, has led me to think anything else just wouldn't (...) (25 years ago, 22-May-00, to lugnet.loc.au)
