| (...) Aha, are you pondering what i'm pondering? I want to see a revamp of the technic back hoe released in 1989. Improvements: 1)pneumatics on the front bucket 2)pneumatics 3 times longer than the orignals 3)pneumatically powerd rotary motors (...) | | Re: Technic RC car (Jake - info?)

| I would also like to get more official info on this, but by inspection and from what they have made in the past, it is almost certainly a one-piece receiver, battery pack, drive-and-steer motor combo. It may not even be proportional steering, but it (...) (22 years ago, 24-Jun-02, to lugnet.lego.direct)

|
| OK, it's "x2 - (Hub that some people use for steam engine wheels)" that I am wondering about. Would that be: part 4266, which is the smaller "sponge wheel" hub (URL) so, I don't know if that's good or bad, as I'm going to want at least 18 of them (...) | Jake, Any chance for a bulk discount on these? ;-) Question on the chrome parts - The engine intakes, the middle "straight" part (behind the nosecones) - is that a wheel rim from the smaller sponge tires? ((URL) It looks like it could be, but it's (...) (22 years ago, 20-Jun-02, to lugnet.lego.direct)

It seems as though a lot of AFOLs who owned the original set were passing up the opportunity (...) (18 years ago, 30-Apr-07, to lugnet.lego.direct)

| (...) I agree fully. My nephews picked out a couple small Bionicle sets, which I'm not at all interested in, for me this year (and last year actually), but I accepted them with a smile and a thanks. I didn't even return them to the store. To do (...) (18 years ago, 10-Jan-07, to lugnet.lego.direct) !
