Don't you recall that I have A VICIOUS STREAK A MILE WIDE? But thanks for
forcing me to prove this in a public forum.
I was purposefully running up the price on the bigger fool, fool enough to
pay those prices. At the last minute, someone else came in and bid even
more! Look at the bids below, note the manner of bidding, bid by tiny bid
just enough to stay well short of winning the auction. I am all ways willing
to part the bigger fool from his money if he comes against me and something
as precious as cypress trees! Sorry, that's the way it is...if people should
wish to avoid this problem they can bid less and thereby keep prices down
overall.
People have written to me and assured me that I am not the only one to do
this. Anyway, I'd rather be feared than loved. I am a Prince in my own
scarey little way....
I was myself actually willing to pay around $50 for those 12 trees, in case
you wondered...which I still think is a crazy high price, but I REALLY want
those trees! Then again, I am NOT insane!
Not quite yet anyway...
