  Re: "Chrome" sets 4816-19

(...) What was the point of your post, Richard? To make fun of Tim because he didn't know that TLC wouldn't respond in a timely manner? Or to take the opportunity to take another shot at Brad? Didn't your mother ever tell you that if you don't have (...) (24 years ago, 7-Oct-00, to lugnet.dear-lego, lugnet.lego.direct)

(...) You mean Brad didn't just fire back a quick and timely response to your query? Gee, will wonders never cease...and you were polite and everything too! What was the point of your being on Lugnet again, Brad? -- Richard (24 years ago, 6-Oct-00, to lugnet.dear-lego, lugnet.lego.direct)

(...) Well, I just got off the phone with tech support. The LEGO Studios SW/Camera does not work under Windows 2000. Only on Win98 (second edition) and the new Windows Millennium.   Website has problems, too TIME consuming for mom's, Catalog beef!!!

Catalog Beef After several tries we are STILL waiting for a Fall Lego catalog! I would think with the amount of money our household spends at S@H we would at least get a catalog sent to us. The last time I called S@H, the gal stated that I would (...) (24 years ago, 5-Oct-00, to lugnet.lego.direct)

Re: Are the new Duplo trains a sign?

(...) It is speculation at this point based upon info from this post: (URL) , and from the observation that minimal effort is being put into the 9 volt line. It appears to me at least that the 9 volt line has been riding the coattails of sets (...) (24 years ago, 2-Oct-00, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.lego.direct)

  Re: Lego blew it AGAIN...

(...) All your analysis shows is the small minority of publishers who lay out books like this still use macs, where as the average member of the public (i.e. Lego customers) use PCs.   Re: Are the new Duplo trains a sign?

(...) That would be great and that is my hope as well. My fear is that the mediocrity of recent 9 volt set designs reflects just the opposite.
