The green CA plates were also available (small quantity) in the USA-only 905
Doll set.

They are the 2x3 and 2x2 plates used in the clown hat. The instructions
incorrectly show them as beige/grey and I'm guessing that this error was missed
during printing. The parts included with the set are green.
