A few years, there was a "Name that Brick" website, where you could post
your suggested name for the current featured lego element.
My favorite name to come out of the process: "Bearclaw" for

| At the risk of branding myself a bigger geek than I already am, I have decided to post this anyway. :) While I'm building a model or sorting pieces, I sometimes refer to certain of my favorite pieces by a nickname... based on what that piece reminds (...) (22 years ago, 25-Apr-03, to lugnet.general) !
