Unfortunately, by uploading they are claiming ownership, according to the
disclaimer, unless they clearly state otherwise.
"All Gallery content is property of the uploader, unless otherwise stated"
I also keep many pictures from other peoples' galleries on my own HD, but I
would never (knowingly) upload them to any public site without their
permission.
