I have had a similar problem, I sent a parcel to the states (sry, cant
remember to whom, please come forward, Jason or Robert or Chad?) with some
train sets. I requested a search for it, but they didt seem entusiastic
about it.
The happy ending is that is was returned to me 4 months later, and I could
finally resend it to his mother. The set arrived 3 weeks later.
I've lost a parcel to Finland which so far never showed up.
I am waiting for a parcel from a trade which I expected last week and it is
still not here. No need to worry yet, so they say....
