But what could LEGO do if I sell the bricks, make copies (with duplo or
regular bricks), trade the bricks with your friends, take it to work etc?

Probably nothing.  But you might be breaking the agreement if you did that.
To the best of my knowledge, LEGO has never before required a customer to
agree to a written set of rules governing the use of the product prior to
making the sale.  This is new territory, and I think it's really important
that the rules be crystal clear.  Currently they aren't.

Are they going to sue me for playing with their product?

I hope not!  :-)

(I'm sure they wouldn't.)

But they *might* get pretty upset (I'm just guessing) te if you produced
dozens of LEGO Mosaics depicting nudes and sold them at a shopping mall.
Not that you'd actually ever do that.

To do sue me, first, they must track me down, then, prove that I actually
*has* traded/sold/publicly displayed the mosaic or the bricks of it, and
how are they going to do that?

They're probably not worried about the average consumer like you and me,
but instead people out to make profits while hurting the LEGO brand somehow
(either intentionally or unintentionally).  I can understand that, but I
think that the Agreement could cover that while not being confusing to the
average consumer.

*puts on flame repellant suit, just in case*

Maybe I'm wrong, but if I get a lego mosaic, I'll do whatever I want with
the bricks, and treat them just like "regular" bricks.

I think many of us would.  But some of us would like to be able to do it on
a 100% clear conscience.
