I think people should be able to give fractional votes: You get 1.0 "voting
points" to spread out however you want among the sites. You might give 30%
to one and 70% to another, for example.

| Out of curiosity... What are the standards to be nominated for CLSOTW? My site has been online since just after tax time 99' w/decient traffic. Both on the original Geocities site and the more currently updated webjump site. Close to 2700 visitors (...) (25 years ago, 19-Dec-99, to lugnet.general)
