The queue is pretty long. There are actually so many totally outstanding
sites that the non-totally-outstanding sites don't stand a chance. But
that's kind of the whole point -- the showcase the most outstanding stuff.

| (...) I think what Todd is trying to say is that if a site is especially noteworthy, he'll pick it over the other sites in the list. For the Halloween and Star Wars contests, it made sense to pick those sites for the respective weeks because the (...) (25 years ago, 20-Dec-99, to lugnet.general)
