Recently I got a secondhand 687, which has the (URL) and (URL) wings in blue, and I compared those wings with the white ones from my 6368. When Lego sloped bricks came out in 1958, TLG created an entire system of slopes, namely 13 different ones. The only one of these 13 that was discontinued (in 1972) was the 2x2 peak with an "L" ridge line (back then this was made in addition to the (...) (22 years ago, 26-Jun-04, to lugnet.general)

I have 3 of the dice from the orient sets (one from each of the 3 large sets) and one has the 1 and hookhand swapped over comapred to the other 2. (...) Mark, Here is your answer...... parts pack #226, which was sold from 1957-65 in Europe and USA/Canada. This parts pack came in many different languages. The Lugnet database shows the Italian series. I am not sure, but yours could possibly be (...) (22 years ago, 25-Jun-04, to lugnet.general)
