BF2003 keynote (WITHOUT the underscore)

Here is some more stuff
comments: The roadshow has turned around internal perceptions. Previously there
were some people that wondered how effective fan efforts can be, now it's a 100%
change.

?: followon on SKUs, why not just defer part of the production to parts packs
and so forth
A: we do what we can. There are not a lot of SKUs available.

?: What school should I go to if I want to be a Technic designer?
A: Why, Technic Designer School, of course. Seriously, there are very few

design techniques generally. There arguably is not a Technic designer per se

?: was Bionicle done in house?
A: yes

?: will Studios be back?
A: no, not directly

?: will there be a USPS tour de France set ala Deutsche Telecom
A: no

?: What is up with Walmart? Local retailers said that Walmart drove them out,
and now they seem to be doing their own toy line.
A: not clear

?: What is the best comm process for us to talk to LEGO?
A(Jake): Talk to me... or work with ILTCO if you are train, the processes that
ILTCO has put in place are exactly what we want tosee happen, huge streamlining.
So if you're not a train guy, consider organising along those lines.
