Ummm...Can't we just let Todd do his thing and assume that he knows what he is
doing? No offense, Dan, but that was a strange thing to do -- especially in
light of the RTL post from (I hope) an imposter. Its one thing to have an
honest and well-intentioned disagreement about as yet undisclosed LEGO
policies on the scans that caused an uproar earlier in the week, but quite
another to question Todd's ability to handle the administration of Lugnet.
Todd, my heart goes out to you -- you must feeling rather frayed around the
edges with everything that has happened this week. I want you to know that I,
and I expect everyone else agrees, that you are doing a great job under
difficult as well as historic circumstances. I can't believe the nerve of some
people, that anyone should either pretend to be Brad Justus in either the
first or the second instance REALLY just drains all the life from me.
Man, I have had a dreadful week, and the only sunshine would have been the
reality of Brad Justus and LEGO Direct. A 10 year old boy actually punched me
in the jaw yesterday (long and tedious story), and I normally look to Lugnet
as a kind of reprieve from the troubled world. All this week, it seems almost
worse here...
Please be real, Brad. What a disappointment if you were not.
-- Richard (no joy in legoland tonight...)
