Here are the descriptions of the two groups:
Do you see why discussion of the rules of
the game belong in fun.gaming? Besides, as
I said before, people there will have more
input than those in .castle.  They may also
wish to adapt the rules for use in other themes.
Anytime a forum description states outright
that something belongs in that group, it takes
precedence over groups that don't include it
in the description.  As an example, review
the rules for sale and auction postings.
As to the Medieval Marketplace, that was
incorporated after it was created, and is
still a separate entity.

Of course it is more than just a game to you.
My models are more than just models to me,
and Anthony's Ikros is more than just a story
to him.  But it is just a game nonetheless;
using Lego doesn't change that.

Ah now, don't throw it at him like that!

You may view this as 'just a project' but
have you placed any discussion into it yet?
This is more than just a project because
we need the discussion, ideas and inspiration
from a community project to unite castle,
not the other way around.

What would .castle be like without a united
community? The answer, a dry and boring place!
I don't want to see my favorite newsgroup
bite the dust!

Some claim to want more dicsussion in .castle,
but the further this goes, I'm more and more
convinced that people who haven't even
participated in giving project ideas  for
undeseen or whatnot simply jump in and
attack the progress of this project.

Enough compartmentalization and more
constructive discussion already! I can't
stress how many times I've said this,
but nobody cares about my opinion, I
guess because 'I complain too much'.

I dont think you complain to much!
Okay, here is some good discussion about this:

I have a quick-written version of the rules almost ready! I have assembled a
team that will review the rules and modifiy them.
Within a week they should be open to the public. Yaron has created a makeshif
website for it. (You can see it in a while.)

However, i would like a good variety of spells for the Spell Index. it will
have all kinds of spells: elemental, healing, fighting, defending, etc.
Any spell ideas, just email em to me at Aramir12@hotmail.com

Also, for the game, i have put in two new factors to the MM: Houses and the
Outer Wall of the MM.

Soldiers gaurd the walls, and you can get info etc from the people in houses.
If you all think this is good, lets negotiate some terms on which to build
walls and houses, and add em to the MM! Also, for settlements, i want to use
the Bazaar idea.

Thanks!

Aramir
