Please note that the Filter only works for "groups to exclude at the top
level". Therefore while the Filter works at the broad news.lugnet.com top
level the settings are lost once you go into any subgroups. Therefore once you
go into the .castle group there is no way to filter out .castle.cw or any other
subgroup of .castle.
Let me say though that pure posting quantity is an extremely poor way to
measure the success of any group.

| (...) I don't think so... -.castle.cw should work, filter out .cw, leaving .castle as well as other subgroups. or you could do -.castle. +.castle.cw which should filter out all of .castle except .cw -Rob. (22 years ago, 31-Jan-03, to lugnet.castle)
