about lack of participation, it is Anthony.

You are absolutely correct that Anthony is a great contibutor around here.
I ththink my specific comments about taking action to correct in
imperfections of the group (rather than complaining) were intended as a more
general statement, not directed specifically at him.  I'm sorry if it came
off sounding like I don't appreciate his work here, because I absolutely
love some of the MOCs and ideas he has shared.

IOM was supposed to be the rebirth of CW and .castle, but it suffered from a
severe lack of preparation and time (heck, it even pulled .space and .mecha
ppl to .castle).  The people involved were doing some big things at the time in
their personal lives.  I understand that, I'm coming back from my summer long
hiatus because I didn't have ready internet access.  I think about doing stuff
like that, but it's difficult considering job/married life/etc.

Indeed.  Such is the tide of interest that ebbs and flows between the
different subgroups of our lives.  But just because there is a resulting
slow period now and then in any one group doesn't mean that group is dead or
dying.  I have faith that .castle will survive.
