There's also the matter of the 2x3 and 2x4 wedge/wing plates. The 2x3 pair is
classified as wedge plates and the 2x4 pair is classified as wings. It's a
little less problematic, since both groups of parts are in the Other/W branch of
the tree, so it's just a matter of scrolling from one to the other.

I'd have to start with that 2x2 plate w/ grilles, I think.

Yeah, and that one has been fixed already (both the mislocated section, and
another missing section). Makes you wonder how many other old parts are
incomplete, though.

Ah, okay. That's completely understandable, then. They use standard part
numbers, though. Are those the official LEGO numbers for those parts?

That was pretty much it, I think.

Sometimes it will, if the parts have the official number formed into them.

I've done that a few times, but I've still found that it helps to look the parts
up on Peeron first, if it's something that you don't know exactly how it will be
described. That way you can do partial description searches on Peeron and then
see what sort of words they used to describe it, since the PT only appears to
let you search by part number, correct?

Well, someone does as long as the server is functioning properly and powered up.
Of course, if it's a commercial server site, taking advantage of that fact while
the server is off the net could get you fired, I'd guess, unless the problem has
been verified to be a broken landline that some other company is already in the
process of fixing.
