Whoops, the same feature is available for adding new parts by clicking
Edit/Add/Part. I often have the Mode set to Pan instead of Edit (which disables
the Add Part function, but not the Modify Part function), since you can still
click/drag new parts into the display (but you can't accidentally drag a
previously placed part out of allignment), and I usually have the zoom cranked
in at 100-300 for precision placement and need to be able to scoot around in the
viewpanes quite a bit (and I hate losing so much viewspace to scrollbars).
