I think that if it is something like
0 insert piece 2916 here
and then when the piece is made just put it 'here' and delete
the comment.
I think both Tim, and myself read it as him using a mockup and
leaving the
line for the piece there, and not catching the 0. I would prefer
to have it
something more like what I just gave than to have the second
line
