I think that if it is something like
0 insert piece 2916 here
and then when the piece is made just put it 'here' and delete
the comment.
I think both Tim, and myself read it as him using a mockup and
leaving the
line for the piece there, and not catching the 0. I would prefer
to have it
something more like what I just gave than to have the second
line

I think you guys are missing the point of Tom's excellent suggestion. Notice the "0" in front of the 2916 line. That means he's just including commentary on where the part will go if and when it becomes official. It makes it much easier to add it in (...) (25 years ago, 24-Jun-99, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw)
