Okay, I checked my canopies, and here is what I found:
2 are as John is describing. Very little fading from Dark to light gray, no
gray line on the inside, etc. These correspond to my Y-wing sets.
6 are as I'm describing. Fade from dark to light gray, gray interior lines,
etc. These correspond to my 3 X-Wings and 3 Snowspeeders.
My Goofs:
I had thought the top design formed a square. It does not.
I thought the black lines didn't exist. They do, but they are very thin and
hard to see.
