Hi Ashley, That's pretty cool. It's very hard to make a mecha with the limitations of the parts from only one set, and I think you've done a good job. Great Job, Ashley! I love alternate model ideas, especially mechs! it appears to be a functional model (articulation, etc) that also has quite a bit of style. Here's my first attempt ever at a Mecha. The name SIAM is derived from: Sith Infiltrator Alternate Model. I have never built a mecha before so I do not know if there are specific attributes that I was supposed to model. The model features Darth Maul (...) (...) Yes they work well. The double gives about the same mobility of the single with more support. The only pose a double won't give you is "cross" articulation: it wouldn't be able to hold a two handed sword, for example. At least not the way I'm (...) Hi Jason. I like the Quirinus. It's what I would expect a "Classic Space" mecha to look like. ;^) I think the "tiger stark" has a nice torso design, but the arms and legs look a bit too proportionally small. (...) alternating colors really helps make it look solid. Shoulder mounted guns are also a favorite of mine.
