(...) This sounds like an awesome idea!! The combination of train/town/mecha to make a diorama of a war-torn city. Are there ay examples of what a war-torn building would look like in Lego? Hey, This looks great and I look forward to seeing the combined display. One question: The standard only talks about streets and sidewalks. What about the rest?   MCP - Mecha City Project

The MechaHub has announced the specs for its MCP (Mecha City Project). The idea of the project is to build a large war-torn city to use as a diorama to display Lego Mecha at BrickFest 2007. (...) I did make an offer of sorts to build a Beetle Bay for the Brislug meeting this weekend. At this stage I'm just hoping I get the time. Hi Eric, you're quick in building Mech Bays. There are a lot of nice details on this one. I tried several times to build a single plate Bay, but never succeeded. Thanks for shareing (URL) Marco> (18 years ago, 20-Nov-06, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

(...) Hi Jim, Thanks. First I make an all-white version of the model and then render it with ldview using settings to make flat colours (as opposed to ones that change depending on the angle to the viewer) and thick lines.
