  Re: Kogeru

(...) I like the bulkiness. It looks a bit lumbering but isn't that the "big and mean" standard? Also like the slope usage on the front. And for some damn reason I just love the blood red/yellow combo! So shoot me but I'm really diggin it! Wierd (...) (19 years ago, 19-Apr-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: WR02-ZRX1 Skin Build

Bryce, I'm glad Scott replied. I also honestly don't understand why some people think my stuff all looks the same. I just want to talk about it, not be an ass. e (19 years ago, 19-Apr-05, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Hi Isaac Sorry for the delayed reply - I missed seeing your post when I was zipping through the newsgroups last week. (...)   Re: Kogeru

(...) yep, Kogeru will steal your lunch money with ease. Now hand it over. (...) Thanks Dave. I'm thinking that is the photography thing. It's sneaky in that respect. People either seem to think it is bigger or smaller than it actually is. Mark (19 years ago, 19-Apr-05, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Kogeru

Doesn't photograph well, huh? They say the camera adds 10lbs, so maybe he's actually sort of anorexic looking? With the exception of the tan dog-robot heads for fingers I dig the color scheme.   Re: WR02-ZRX1 Skin Build

Eric, I'm really happy to see you working Mecha in new ways. Don't take this as the wrong way, but in the past, much of your Mecha appeared to be the same (to the average non-mecha builder--I know many of the Mecha were developments and trials of (...)   Re: The two Drakes

(...) As Mark suggested I'm trying to redesign the too light ankle connection. Just to make them fit those massive legs. The modularity helps me in building. I can easily try new ideas... Thanks for your feedback (URL) Marco> (19 years ago, 18-Apr-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: The two Drakes

(...) Hello Kyle, looking at your mecha shows definetly that size doesn't matter! But as Mark stated in the Contest rules Drake is a small medium mech. (...) So do I. But they are that hard to build. BIG, Klunky, very imposing. Did I miss anything, Mark? Oh, yeah...fins remind me of an early Mladen creation.
