I’m afraid the mech doesn’t picture that well, IMO, and so I’m afraid you’re going to have to take my word for it that it looks better in person.

Hi Mark,

I’m afraid it looks better in person! It looks great on the pics. When I first glanced on it I thought it’s about Shogun size. I’m impressed how you managed to get Kogeru look that massive. I also like the colour scheme. I haven’t seen it yet but it fits.

You did some really fine pictures. I especially like those which show Kogeru walking around.

Cool idea to use those droid torsos as fingers.

This mech borrows somewhat from the frame priciples developed by Marcus Clancy and Eric Sophie, so kudos to them!

I saw that, but it still has that Neumann feeling! Not only because of the reversed knees... Can we hope to see pictures of the undressed frame? I think he’s a tough guy so he could stand that.

Kogeru is meant as a soldier type mech. Small enough for city work, heavy enough to take out most of what it runs into. The fins on the back are meant to be a folding kind of propultion device for the purposes of jumping or short flight. Strictly sci-fi, I have no idea how such a thing would supposed to work. That’s the beauty of sci-fi though, ain’t it? Something about technology resembling magic and being sufficently advanced? :)

MOC page coming soon.

I’m absolutly curious about that.
