   I guess I would have hoped the entries would have some hint of originality i.e. a gla gla armature frame with an original skin, or something like that. Getting a small army of black Gla frames identical to his instructions doesn’t seem very interesting.

I completely agree with you Chris

   And what if someone builds a gla frame and poses it in the exact same pose as one of Gla’s armature poses?


Then someone has entered an entry that probably neither origional nor inventive.

   I guess I’m just ranting, as this is a pose contest, not a build contest. And you do say the goal is to attract people to mecha....


Yeah, I hear you. I thought on this one and re-focused myself on what the goals of the contest were. And who knows, maybe if someone starts by building a frame from directions maybe they’ll go in thier own direction.
