The original Ravager Hovertank proved to be effective in battle, but usually only in large battalions or with other, larger battle vehicles. (...) Actually, I made it. I cut the top off of a Scouttrooper helmet and cut the notch in the middle of the visor, and then epoxy-puttied it to the bottom half of a normal space helmet. Hi all- I finally picked up the Slave 1 set, and after putting it together I realized how much the new sand-green color looked like the green of Halo's Warthog. Another ground combat model, the 07 "Long Skirt" improves on the 06 skeleton technology and armor configuration (check out the equivalent 06 pics in my gallery to see the subtle design evolution). (...) Well... If you build decks by; laying down plates, then covering the seems with 2 wide bricks, then laying down another layer of plates; you can get away with very minimal supports. Here's a thought, How about adding links to the winners of other space contests. I found the 2000 contest here on lugnet but the other seems to evade me. (...) Thanks! The little fuel carrier is one of the things that I am putting together so I can make a diorama of a flight deck of some kind. Very cool... I like how you restrict yourself to using only Technic and Bionicle parts. Your mecha also have a great, natural, curved look to them. I like the helicopter (nicely done), but I have to say I found myself spending more time looking at the service vehicle. I particularly like the nacelle leading edges (it looks like Klaus used UCS X-Wing engine bulbs there) and all of the ground carts add a real nice diorama feel (...)
