Because I only recently came up with a smaller head design that I liked.
I retrofitted a smaller head on 04(black gundam). Maybe the 03 will get one too.

| (...) Awesome! You should really do a kneeling pose, if it can. Preferably with a gigantic cannon( kinda huge on the scale you're building). Why do the space types look like they have bigger heads?
