Got the bounty hunter pursuit, yes. As you suspected, I could not resist
having a minifig with a veiled face. Due to a strage circumstance*, I got
the minifigs from the Republic Gunship without having to get the Gunship
itself -- not that it's a bad set, but as you correctly stated, there's not
a lot of pieces that would immediately translate well to ancient structures.

Your point is well taken. I hadn't heard of the differing interpretations
of that description of Leah's eyes until after I'd already done the story.
Then my girlfriend was reading the Hebrew version and questioned my
interpretation of Leah's eyes as well. My translation of the passage is
from the New Jerusalem Bible, which I generally like and trust for accuracy
and readbale prose. Even with the interpretation of Leah as having "lovely"
eyes, there is the immediate comparison to Rachel being shapely, which to
me, implied that Leah's eyes are all she has going for her, looks wise.

*The circumstance was this. When SPIN commissioned me to do a LEGO
illustration for their June 2002 issue (see
http://news.lugnet.com/mediawatch/?n=635), they originally wanted me to take
close-up shots of several LEGO Star Wars minifigs to be used as 'ratings'.
Yoda would be at one end of the scale, and Jar-Jar at the other. They
wanted some EpII figures, too, but they hadn't come out yet as this was late
March. But they contacted LEGO, and LEGO sent them the new minifigs which
got Fedexed to me for photography. Then they ended up not using the
'ratings' photos in the article. @8^/ But I got to keep the minifigs.
