   There's one in each Ogel Command Center; I think a few Jack Stone
   sets also have them.  One set has a blue-based one, but I have not
   yet found it.  It's possible, however, to space the legs out a bit
   with 4x4 round bricks and "fairing" it with 1x6x2 arch pieces.
