Thinking on this particular issue I think I would prefer an extra set of market
guidelines sitting outside the main TOS. What if Factory starts paying out an
authors share? Then it becomes more grey since for some people the Factory model
might be the only version of the model. Having a separate guideline means having
something that can be changed to deal with new issues more than changing the TOS
to deal with every new case.

This can be where the problem comes in. Most people will behave reasonably and
with respect for the guidlines. For those that don't their do need to be clear
guidelines since such people generally have little respect in general.

I like this solution. Personally I'd be happy with a *discreet* link to a
separate sales announcement too. That way the sale and post are kept separate
but it saves the reader sniffing around .market until the sales post
(particularly useful for newsreader users).

Nothing is ever clear in this world ;) The post could be clearly a sales
announcement AND clearly an MOC announcement. Should the one exclude the other?
What about inviting expressions of interest (eg. ps. if anyone wants one of
these let me know and we can talk price)? I agree though that your above
suggestion should cover most of that.

As one of the louder whingers in the past I don't particularly mind market posts
in theme groups provided they are something more than a market post. "I am
selling this previously made creation" is not something I'd like to see "I made
this new thing and am selling it" is fine by me.
